On Tuesday ( Mar. 5) we made sugar cookie dough but instead of following the exact recipe (using only white sugar) we used both splenda(1/2 cup) and white sugar(1/2 cup). and then baked the cookies on Thursday (Mar. 7). the wasn't sticky at. even after we had warmed it up. The cookies looked and smelled really good. they tasted good too.
On Thursday (Mar.7) we made sugar cookie dough again but this time we used 1 1/4 cup of white flour and 1 1/4 cup of cake flour. the dough turned out fairly sticky but not sticky enough that we needed to add a lot of flour. we are going to bake the cookies on Tuesday (Mar. 12).
