On Tuesday (Feb. 19) we made Lentil soup. The batch we made turned out more of a paste then a soup because we forgot to put a lid on the pot and we didn't use enough water. When we tried it, it tasted kind of bland so i added salt to mine.
On Thursday (Feb. 21) we made curry, lentils and rice. It turned out really good, it looked good, it tasted good, and it smelled wonderful.
I would make both of these recipes again, except i would make sure not to evaporate all of the water out of the soup.
